Every camera alarm is read by AI within seconds and described in plain English. Your operators stop looking at spider webs and start looking at people.

  • People, vehicles and animals: counted and described: clothing, vehicle colour and type.
  • Moving or parked: the AI checks the recorded clip around the alarm, so a car driving past is not mistaken for one standing still, and the other way round.
  • Automatic priority: HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW, so the queue sorts itself. Empty frames are dropped before an operator ever sees them.
  • Per-site rules: a farm can alert on animals and livestock; a shop on people only; a yard on moving vehicles after hours.
  • Learns your cameras: operator notes on a camera ("tree moves in the wind at night") are taken into account on its next alarms.
  • Photo and clip to the site group: confirmed events go to each site's Telegram group with the snapshot and a short moving clip.

  • Hik-Connect cloud: connect with an app key and secret. Devices, recorders and channels sync themselves; alarms arrive through Hikvision's alarm queue.
  • Direct-IP cameras and NVR/DVR channels: added by address, with each recorder's channels discovered automatically.
  • Alarm push and pull: cameras can push events to a private per-site address, or Gruntex can pull them from a recorder's alarm stream.
  • Live View: single cameras or a multi-camera grid in the browser, with PTZ control on supported cameras.
  • Per-camera control: switch a camera's alarms off without losing its live view, and set alarm schedules per site.
